After a $1.5 million renovation in Parade 2010, the newly renovated 4,000 substantial foot (372 square meters) Presidential Attendants has been beautifully re-designed by Barry Designs to combine contemporary art and décor while maintaining the traditional beauty of the space. As you enter the suite, a spectacular outstanding foyer greets you with high ceilings, skylights and roman columns along with dedal crown molding originally designed when the Pension opened in 1928. The original hardwood floors have been re-stained in a devilish espresso color to modernize the extent throughout the suite.
